For those times where you may have an issue with your purchase or you find it isn’t what you need, we have developed a fair returns and exchanges policy for purchases through our online shop. Please see below for the most relevant information based on your purchase type.

 

NEW & IN STOCK ITEMS

MacArthur Corporation accepts returns or exchanges on in-stock, new and unused items. Each must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the original shipped confirmation date, with the receipt.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, for the amount on the receipt, less any applicable restocking fees. If you have any questions about your item and whether or not its eligible for return or exchange, please contact our team at SafeWork@MacArthurCorp.com who will be happy to assist you.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the unique nature of custom orders we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Once you’ve determined that your item is eligible for return or exchange, please carefully package the item in its original packaging as well as any additional packaging necessary to ensure its safe transportation. MacArthur Corporation is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. You will get an email confirmation from us once your item has been received and we have processed your return or exchange.
