Our Roots

MacArthur was founded in 1970 on pioneering spirit and an ability to meet the complex and custom needs of global advanced manufacturers. In the early years, MacArthur grew as innovative barcode traceability technology was adopted throughout manufacturing supply chains to enable greater consumer safety, product reliability, and cost reduction.

With over 50 years serving Global 500 Corporations and their Tier 1 Suppliers, MacArthur has continued to evolve our manufacturing capabilities, introduce product technologies, and establish a global operating footprint. Innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and a customer-centered mindset continue to drive our company forward.

AWT Labels & Packaging Inc. (AWT) acquired MacArthur in 2021; broadening our end market knowledge, engineering expertise, and manufacturing capabilities.  The expanded product mix and multi-site manufacturing footprint builds on the Company’s strong value proposition for existing and new customers.
